This signed first edition copy of Chez Panisse Cooking is really something special and is in immaculate second hand condition. Many of the recipes reflect Waters love of northern Italian food; for other dishes, the inspiration is French; in all, there is a keen awareness of the abundance of uncompromisingly pure, seasonal ingredients. Alongside the recipes are detailed journaling of wine, bread making, pickling and preserving and curating a menu.
