Ten Thousand Things is a Melbourne based project discovering and sourcing the finest Indonesian single origin vanilla beans. Working closely with a handful of dedicated farmers and producers, their focus is to foster working relationships that are based on respect and mutualism to ensure the positive progression of the spice trade movement in Indonesia and care for the land on which the vanilla is cultivated. 

On their journey through the archipelago they have found that Indonesian vanilla beans vary in characteristics depending on where they were grown. Much like wine, the soil where the plant grows on and it's elevation strongly influence the beans flavour and aroma resulting in limited edition batches of wonderfully nuanced vanilla bean that are all unique, but share the desirable qualities of always being plump, pliable and oily.
