2018 Jauma Grenache Vinegar
This grape vinegar is made from Grenache grapes that are stomped on, allowed to naturally ferment and then pressed to barrel where a natural mother forms to protect the young vinegar. It is then left for 2 years to concentrate and develop prior to bottling. The end result is aromatic, savoury and lip smacking delicious.
Made from grapes grown on Kaurna country and produced on Peramangk country. (Adelaide Hills, South Australia)
