We really hope that you are happy with your order, but if for some reason you are dissatisfied we may offer a return for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase receipt. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused and all tags and labels still attached. Please note the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the item/s back to us and we do not reimburse shipping or custom duties.

Once exchange has been confirmed via email please send your item/s back within 7 days after of receiving your order. We recommend you keep track of your parcel incase it fails to reach us. We do not take responsibility for the damage or loss of items being returned.
All discounted sales are final and are not eligible for refund or store credit. This includes any discounts gained from promotional codes, seasonal sales, flash sales or any other form of discount.
We take every precaution to ensure your order is free from any faults before shipping out to you. In the unlikely event your item is faulty or is damaged in transit we are happy to replace the item at our cost. Any damaged items will need to be returned in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving the order and with proof of purchase. If the item is no longer in stock we will arrange a credit or refund to the value of the item.
Please note many of our products are handmade, often no two items are alike. Each product is individual and imperfections may occur. We do our best to fully inform customers with descriptions and images that certain products will vary and may have natural imperfections. Please be aware of this when purchasing such items.
