We try to keep waste to a minimum and for this reason your orders are packed in recycled boxes and any other second hand packaging material we can reuse at our studio. It mightent look pretty and polished, but thats just a reminder that we are choosing to live lighter on the earth. By understanding and continuing to shop with us you are doing your bit too, so thank you. If your purchase is a gift send us an email and we can make it look as nice as possible.

Australian Orders
All Australian orders have a standard rate of $10 for standard shipping and $15 for express shipping with Australian post. Any Australian orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping.
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of the order being confirmed and will be sent via regular tracked post.
We cannot deliver to PO box numbers. Please provide a daytime delivery address as your package will be delivered from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm.
We ship all orders via Australia Post. Transit times will vary depending on the carrier capacity and the final destination. All orders are sent with a consignment tracking number which is emailed to you after your order has been dispatched. If for some reason you have not received your order within 7 days of purchase please email us so we can follow up the issue.
If you need to change any information regarding your order after it has been placed (eg. change of delivery address or adding another item) please contact us as soon as you can, we are able to help only if the order has not yet been dispatched.

New Zealand Orders
New Zealand orders will be shipped with Australia Post or DHL depending on the size and total weight of the package. These are estimates if the actual rate is significantly higher or lower we will contact you.
Up to 2kg: $25.00
2–5kg: $40.00
