Daphnis and Chloe was established in 2013 with the dream of seeing limited batch terrier herbs of Greece in the kitchens of home cooks worldwide. They travel Greece in search for the most superior herbs and to inspire farmers to believe in forgotten, heirloom varieties.

Their herbs are source from small organic farms across Greece, and they know their growers by their first name. From their small workshop right under the acropolis in Athens they hand process, dry and blend all of their herbs to make sure their magical properties are preserved in each jar.
