The Preserve Journal Issue 7
The Preserve Journal is a Danish independent, volunteer run, print magazine dedicated to the exploration of a more sustainable, resilient, and responsible food culture. The magazine was founded in the fall of 2018 and bloomed out of a desire to take part in the environmental debate through the lens of food. By sharing stories that (re-)imagine how to grow, cook, eat, and live well together it invites us all to explore new possibilities outside of the homogenised, industrialised and exploitative structures that predominate today’s food cultures.
