A silky and herbaceous early season olive oil that is hand harvested from wild trees and relinquished groves in the Fleurieu Peninsular. Care is taken to glean fruit from clean environments free from sprays and pollution. This unfiltered oil is full of nutrients and pressed within two days of harvest.
